Training | Modeling | |
![]() We train internal users on our systems. We also train external collaborators so that, if the project requires it, they are autonomous on the equipment. We also provide initial training (engineering schools, masters, etc.) and continuing education (CNRS entreprises, Inserm, ANF CNRS, etc.). |
![]() The first step is to validate your project specifications with you. We’ll make sure that your specifications are in line with our production resources, in terms of performance, precision and manufacturing blows. This stage is based on modeling using commercial software, such as Optilayer©, or software developed in-house. |

Elaboration | Characterization | |
![]() We have four state-of-the-art industrial facilities dedicated to physical vapor deposition: two electron gun evaporation systems and two magnetron sputtering systems, suitable for 4″ and 8″ samples. We operate these machines ourselves and select the technology best suited to your project. Each frame is equipped with an in-situ optical control system, enabling us to achieve thickness accuracies of less than one percent. |
![]() Once the components have been made, we keep a control sample for spectral characterization. Two spectrophotometers enable us to take measurements resolved in wavelength and angle, in transmission or reflection. In this way, we can check that the spectral function obtained corresponds to the expected filter function calculated during the modeling stage. |
