Application procedure

The number of participants will be limited to approximately 100. If you want to attend the school, you need to apply by filling the following form by July 14th 2021:

This form also enables you to propose a poster or even a lecture. So don't hesitate to try and make this summer school richer.

By one working day, you will receive an email letting you know whether your application is accepted.

If you receive a positive answer, you will be invited to register to the conference and pay the fees. This CNRS thematic summer school is free for PhD students, postdocs and permanent researchers hired by the CNRS.

Importantly, you have to register before the 16th of July to benefit from the early registration fees. Registration will be enabled afterwards, until 16th of September, following the late registration fees:
