Loïc Le Goff - Imaging and Biophysics of Morphogenesis

Smart microscopy

We develop microscopes that acquire signal only when and where it is needed. Adaptive scanning, targeted illumination, and light-efficient 3D imaging make it possible to follow biological surfaces and tissues over long times without collecting unnecessary data.
