The school will be organized in the conference center named IGESA, on the island of Porquerolles. To get there, you have first to reach the small harbor named La Tour Fondue and then take a boat shuttle to reach the island. Finally, you have to walk 10 min on the island to reach the IGESA center. Here are more details regarding how you can proceed.
Follow your GPS until La Tour Fondue. This is where you are supposed to take the boat shuttle to Porquerolles. You can park your car at La Tour Fondue. There are two parkings, Parking INDIGO and Parking Des Îles. We strongly advise you to opt for the Parking INDIGO (link). It is more secure and less expensive (16.25 €/day).
By train, you have to get down at the SNCF train station named 'Hyères les Palmiers'. It is 1 h 20 min from Marseille (around 15 €), 4 h 20 min from Paris (around 100 €). Go to the sncf website to make a reservation (link).
Once arrived at the train station, you have to take the bus n°67 to La Tour Fondue, end of the line (link).
By flight, you have to reach the Toulon-Hyères Airport. It is located at 8 km from La Tour Fondue. Then, you can either take the bus (40 min), take a taxi (16 min), or walk (1 h 30 min)...
On Sunday 24th afternoon and Friday 29th afternoon, we will book boat shuttles for all the attendees of the conference arriving and departing at these moments. Otherwise, the one-way tickets is 12.50 €, and the return trip is 19.50 €.
