Le développement de nouvelles techniques d’imageries microscopiques pour la biologie amène de nouveaux besoins en termes de traitement, d’analyse et de caractérisation des précisions.

Travaux récents :

• Analyse des méthodes d’estimation des paramètres d’orientation moléculaires en imagerie par génération de seconde harmonique résolue en polarisation, en collaboration avec l’équipe MOSAIC :
o Détermination des précisions d’estimation de ces paramètres d’orientation, à l’aide de la Borne de Cramer Rao [1,5]
o Caractérisation d’un nouvel algorithme d’estimation non itératif [1] dans le cas d’une répartition à symétrie cylindrique des diffuseurs.
o Caractérisation et comparaison de différentes stratégies d’acquisitions [2].
o Développement d’une technique de détection a posteriori des mesures aberrantes [6], dans le cadre du projet Codim du défi Imag’In 2015 (Mission pour l’Interdisciplinarité du CNRS).

• Localisation et suivi de particules uniques :
(En collaboration avec l’équipe MOSAIC et le Centre d’Immunologie de Marseille Luminy (CIML) et dans le cadre du projet ANR NanoDigicode et de l’AMIDEX LightInBio)
o Localisation de particules uniques résolues en polarisation [7,8].
o Suivi automatique de cellules pour l’analyse de la réponse au calcium des cellules T [9] (dépôt d’une licence logicielle [10]).
