We seek to identify genetic and environmental factors that may act on neural mechanisms involved in normal brain aging processes and in various neurodegenerative diseases. We are developing a multimodal approach based on the study of neuropsychological, biological and brain imaging data to understand the determinisms that can influence the clinical expression and evolutionary modalities of these diseases. The aim of this work is to improve the diagnostic approach to these pathologies, and to better understand the cognitive processes achieved, with the aim of developing new innovative therapeutic strategies to fight these diseases.
