Molecular imaging exhibits exceptional sensitivity performance, but produces images with relatively average spatial resolution. We work to improve these spatial performances by considering the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the applied corrections, and the evolution of the indices of quantification.

Particular attention is given to the dosimetry exposure of the patient, and to the relationship between the quality of the images and the injected activity. This work is extended to dosimetry approaches in selective and systemic vectorized internal radiotherapy by focusing on doses absorbed by the organs at risk and by lesions with the objective of personalizing therapeutic approaches.
