Control of light and radiation analysis: Electromagnetic treatment

The Clarte research group gathers together 8 principal investigators; specializing in electromagnetism, metamaterials, nano & quantum photonics.

Keywords: Electromagnetism, metamaterials, nanophotonics, diffractions gratings, quantum optics, plasmonics, resonant light scattering.

Home-made and commercial software for modeling:
light propagation in periodic media, light scattering in complex environments, light emission by quantum emitters, antennas.

2 experimental set-ups for characterizing antennas and metamaterials, at radiofrequencies and visible/NIR spectra.
