Welcome to Julien Marot's website. I received my PhD degree from the Université Aix-Marseille III, France, in november 2007. From march 2008 to february 2009, I performed a Post-Doc in Fraunhofer Institute IIS, Erlangen, Germany. From march 2009 to august 2009, I was employed as researcher in Fraunhofer Institute IIS. I am full professor at Institut Fresnel (UMR 7249) and Aix Marseille Université. My research interests include applied image processing and signal processing, bio-inspired optimization, convolutional neural networks, and various sensor-related data processing. J.
