Special acknowledgement to Christophe Lairet

The cover of this book is the fruit of some very fine artwork by Christophe Lairet based on images coming from Crystal Fibre A/S web site (see section 2.4). Christophe Lairet is a local artist in Marseille whose eclectic work ranges from a CD cover for the Provencal Reggae band `Massilia Sound System', numerous covers for the magazine `Les Ultras de Marseille', icons for fashionable clothes and heroic-fantasy comics.

We would like to thank Christophe for such a great cover and for doing it during his free time (with no financial gain).
